Alethea Meinders

Alethea Meinders, 92 of Greensburg, formally of Milan, IN passed away Wednesday August 1, 2018 at Waters of Batesville, IN. She was born Saturday April 17, 1926 in Milan, IN; the daughter of Charles and Lula (Grothman) Meinders. She graduated in 1944 from Milan High School.  She was of the Jehovah Witness faith. Alethea enjoyed sewing, quilting, gardening and her flowers.    

Alethea is survived by many nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by brothers: Charles and Donald Meinders. Sisters: Dorothy Meinders and Leona Meinders Winton.  

Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday August 3, 2018 at Laws-Carr-Moore Funeral Home in Milan with Ron Kappeler officiating. Visitation will be Friday 10-11 a.m. also at the funeral home. Burial will take place at St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery north of Milan.
