Tony Lee (Miles) Gulley

            Tony Lee (Miles) Gulley entered this mortal life September 18, 1949 and went on to eternity June 10, 2019.  He was the son of Victor and Mary Ellen Gulley of Vevay and Lewis and Katherine (Payton) Hyde of Moores Hill.  He leaves his wife Nita (Schwartz) of Hermann, Missouri and sons John Hooton of Nashville, Indiana and Lance (Connie) Gulley of Washington, Missouri.

            He also leaves brothers: Victor (Anita) Gulley and John (Janet) Miles of Fort Myers, Florida; Larry (Linda) Hyde and Lewis (Beth) Hyde of Moores Hill; Tom (Pam) Miles of Milan; Steve (Theresa) Gulley of Florence, Kentucky; and Brian Gulley of Vevay; sisters: Melissa Hyde and Lonna Gulley (John) Davies of Moores Hill and Kim Gulley of Rising Sun; and brother-in-law Rick Chase of East Enterprise.  He was preceded in death by sisters: Vicki Gulley Chase of East Enterprise and Beverly Gulley (Phil) Smith of Vevay.

            A service celebrating his life will be held 11:30 AM Saturday, June 22, 2019 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day-Saints Chapel, 422 N Township Line Road, Batesville, IN 47006, with Bishop Robert Phaneuf officiating.  Burial will follow in Mt. Sinai Cemetery with full military rites provided by the Moores Hill American Legion Post #209.  Family and friends may gather to share and remember him 10 - 11:30 AM Saturday also at the Chapel.  Memorials may be given in honor of Tony to ALS Association Indiana Chapter or Our Hospice, Columbus, Indiana.  Memorial envelopes will be provided at the church.  Laws-Carr-Moore Funeral Home entrusted with arrangements, Box 243, Milan, IN 47031, (812) 654-2141.  You may go to www.lawscarrmoore.com to leave an online condolence message for the family.
